The Sales Representative is the core driver of our sales and marketing efforts in our rail transload facilities. Savage Sales Representatives are driven, creative, dynamic leaders responsible for growing business in an industry-focused division, evaluating needs and opportunities within customer accounts, and negotiating effectively to overcome obstacles and gain customer commitment, focusing on account management and retention of our valued customer base. The primary role of the Sales Representative is to find new customers for the company’s rail transload facilities and win new orders in North America. This can be done by networking, cold calling or other creative means of generating interest from potential customers. This team member must develop rapport with new customers and will be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new services/solutions to customers and leveraging Savage’s resources and networks.
