 Provide general administrative support to Pittsburgh office team members on a part-time basis.


  • Set up jobs in Connect, including data entry of project information
  • Process daily paperwork every morning by established payroll deadlines
  • Process expense reports, bills of lading, fuel entries, and update various spreadsheets
  • S7i data entry and tracking/managing all upcoming & past due training certifications and permits
  • Meter calibrations and updating tracking spreadsheets
  • Assist with new hire paperwork processing and tracking required on-boarding/training courses
  • Manage box tracking for coordinators and invoicing clerks
  • Serve as a liaison between the Pittsburgh office, the North Canton office, the Steubenville office and the Corporate office in Utah
  • Assist Operations Manager in preparing weekly schedule & ordering approved supplies
  • General clerical duties, such as copying, scanning and answering incoming phone calls
  • Take and deliver messages and greet visitors in a warm and courteous manner
  • Routine Post-Office run to check lock-box and send out outgoing mail as needed
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Willing to begin work at 7:00 each morining
  • Demonstrate skills in organization, planning, prioritizing, time management and multi-tasking
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Able to execute tasks with speed and accuracy. Strong data entry & 10-key experience (8,000 KPH or better)
  • Must be available to work overtime hours during co-worker vacation coverage and peak seasons
  • Must exude a strong personal and professional integrity. Must be people-oriented and customer-service driven
  • Must be able to read and write, in English. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree or 2 years relevant experience
  • Valid driver license required
  • Experience with multi-line phone system is helpful


Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Employee must be able to use hands to, feel, or handle paperwork and work the telephones, computer, and other office equipment.  Employee must be able to reach, climb, stoop, kneel and crouch.  Employee must be able to talk and hear.  The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25lbs.  The employee may be required to lift and move up to 40lbs.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include using a computer monitor and reading documents.


Work Environment:

This is primarily an office position.  In the office, the employee will be frequently exposed to normal office noises such as telephones ringing, copier running, etc.  The noise level in the office is typically low to moderate. Safety glasses are required in the warehouse.
