    Sunpro, a subsidiary of Savage, is looking for a new energetic Team Member who will be responsible for composition of written reports documenting services performed for delivery to clients and/or regulatory agencies.

    • Interpret project documentation generated from field team members and Project Managers
    • Composition of written custom reports as documented in client instructions
    • Composition of State/Federal written reports as required by regulatory requirements
    • Monitor and track project documentation deficiencies
    • Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
    • Professional interaction and collaboration with other Savage Team Members and customers
    • Learn, understand and follow all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations and responsibilities



    • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to speak and write in English
    • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite on Windows OS
    • Follow governmental regulatory procedures, industry practices, and have a general understanding and willingness to follow safety procedures (as provided during company training)
    • Time management skills focusing on efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
    • Have a consistent drive for continual improvement  


    • High school diploma or GED accepted with previous Environmental background
    • 4 Year degree with a focus on Environmental, Emergency Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or similar background (consideration will be made for those near completion of their 4 year degree)
    • Technical writing experience preferred; environmental experience a plus
    • Experience reading and interpreting environmental lab analysis; EPA, RCRA, DOT, FRA, OSHA, or TSCA regulation familiarity; 40-Hour Hazwoper preferred 

    Physical Requirements

    • The office in North Canton is 2-story and is not equipped with an elevator; doorways are not wheelchair accessible
    • Work within an office environment using general office equipment
    • Must be able to lift and carry materials or equipment regularly weighing 25lbs, but up to 75 lbs or more on occasion
    • Drive a motor vehicle 

    Work Environment:

    The majority of the work will be completed in a temperature controlled office environment at a desk with computer.  At times, requirement for travel and field documentation may be necessary.  Field documentation will require wearing of proper PPE, such as hard hat, safety glasses and other protective clothing.  Respirators may be required due to the nature of our work; therefore, a clean-shaven face is required to assure proper fit and use of safety equipment.
