    Savage Service Corporation’s Business Process Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting multiple teams of Business Process Clerks and Leads. Our Business Process Team exists to promote organizational scalability and improve business process capabilities. As a Business Process Supervisor, you will be a problem solver. This role does not have a “typical day”; you will constantly be prioritizing tasks and identifying areas where you can create the most value. First and foremost, you are a resource for your team, knocking down obstacles so they can perform.


    • Directly support all work-products of the Business Process Team
      • Data Processing - AR, AP, Payroll, Etc.
      • Continuous Improvement Initiatives
    • Act independently while providing status updates to Core Leadership
    • Maintain pipeline of process improvement projects
    • Prioritize tasks and projects
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and take action
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis to provide insight into current and future projects
    • Create and present project documentation
    • Work cross-functionally to remove organizational barriers to execution
    • Act as a hub that connects all Savage administrative resources
    • Direct management of 10-20 team members
    • Lead continuous improvement
    • Coordinate with operational leadership to ensure a high quality of support
    • Responsibilities are not all inclusive and may be different based on company needs


    • Analytical Skills:
      • Comfortable digging into data
      • Skilled with MS Excel
    • Interpersonal Skills:
      • Ability to deescalate situations and maintain forward momentum
      • Effectively working with all personality types in sometimes frustrating situations
      • Solid communication skills in person, verbal, written, and electronic
    • Task oriented
    • Fiscally minded, able to connect work to financial implications
    • Ability to travel – Integration of new operations may require travel


    • Undergraduate degree
      • STEM or Business degree preferred
    • 5+ years of work experience or equivalent
    • Preferred types of experience:
      • Leadership of direct reports
      • Hiring/Firing Authority
      • Support of transactional processes
