  • Overview

    The primary purpose of this position is to support administrative, clerical, and internal control functions for the Transload Solutions Business Unit, as well as to provide onsite coverage and training on an as-needed basis.  This support includes the accurate entry of data into internal and external inventory systems, training CSRs, and evaluating workflows.

    Responsibilities

    • The Regional Coordinator will have a variety of responsibilities to achieve the primary objective for the position which will include but is not limited to:
    • Support the administrative and financial functions of assigned operations
    • Monitor and reinforce accounting processes and controls
    • Moderate travel to operations for backup coordinator coverage and on-site support
    • Assist in coordinating access, security, and use of customer systems
    • Assist in occasional ongoing, refresher and new hire training
    • Assist the regional team, as needed, with administrative functions and occasional projects
    • Anticipate the needs of those you support and complete assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy with minimal direction.
    • Working knowledge and ability to use internal and external inventory systems
    • Ability to provide feedback to operations team
    • Ability to make recommendations for improvements to unit team

    • Ability to work as a team with other administrative professionals through effective communication and prioritization while being self-directed 

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to travel 50% with prolonged travel cycles-- includes air and road travel depending on location of operation
    • Ability to work in industrial environments
    • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
