The HR Business Partner acts as an advisor and strategic partner in support of the Business Group and People Group objectives. The position is responsible for a full range of generalist duties including leadership development, succession planning, coaching, recruiting/staffing, onboarding, employee relations, training, EEO, labor relations, U.S. and international labor law, compensation, and benefit administration.
Drive Safety, Health and Environment (SH&E) strategy and performance for the Company. Ensures regulatory compliance across operations. Lead efforts to achieve goal of an occurrence free workplace.
